All orders placed before 12pm will ship the same working day or, if ordered over a weekend, the next working day. The order will arrive based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

You have a statutory right to return and cancel your order. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing by email or by telephone. ​ You must take reasonable care of the product and you must return the product to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days of dispatch. All goods remain your property until they are received by us. ​ The product must be returned unused (except to the extent use was reasonably necessary to examine the product) and with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the product less the delivery charges. ​ You should keep evidence of having shipped your return to us such as a certificate of posting, in the unlikely event that the return is not delivered to us you will need this information to pursue a claim with your carrier. 999 KIT will not accept any liability for returns not received.
